Level One - Reiki 1 - Tibetan Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing

Reiki 1 is a pre-requisite for #Level Two - Reiki 2

In this inspiring and self-empowering two-day workshop, you will discover what Reiki is and how this ancient art of hands on healing is able to assist you in bringing about profound self-healing on a very deep level. How Reiki works, and its origins are also explained in this first level. 

A series of Sacred Attunements are carried out throughout the workshop to align your energy to, and allow you, a deeper connection to the healing life force energy we know as Reiki. The Attunement process also allows the Reiki healing energy to flow more freely giving you access to healing energy at all times. You will learn a sequence of hand positions which will allow you to administer a self-healing treatment.

After 21 days of daily self-healing treatments you return to House of Énergie to debrief, share your experiences with Reiki healing, ask any questions you may have and just catch up in a relaxed environment.

Also, once you have completed Level 1 you are encouraged to begin to administer not only daily self- healing treatments but to also begin to share this wondrous life force energy with family, friends or even your pets and plants. 

• You will be shown a simple grounding technique to use pre and post a Reiki session

• A simple, energy clearing routine on how to protect and reinvigorate your energy will also be taught at Reiki Level 1.

• A daily self-practice routine that can be used on a daily basis to begin or complete your day on an up-beat positive note.

• A guide to setting up your Sacred space for self-healing

There will be lots of practical hands on work throughout the workshop. Please wear comfortable clothes

Level Two - Reiki 2 - Tibetan Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing

Reiki 1 & Reiki 2 are pre-requisites for Reiki Master / Teacher Training

Second Degree Reiki is a deepening of your commitment not only to yourself but to working with the Universal Life Force Energy on a deeper level.

You will receive two additional Sacred Attunements in Level 2, be introduced to three Master Symbols along with five Tibetan Usui Reiki Power Symbols used within Reiki. All these Sacred Symbols have been handed down to us by Dr Mikeo Usui. These Sacred Symbols will allow you a much deeper healing experience for yourself and also enable you to work with clients in a Practitioner capacity.

At this level you will also be taught how to apply the Reiki Symbols over time and space via distance healing. Distance healing allows you to send healing to people, places or events in the past, present or future.  

In Level Two you will also learn:

• A grounding technique to use pre and post a Reiki Healing Session

• How to utilise the Sacred Reiki Symbols in all areas of your life

• How to scan the Aura and detect and repair any energy imbalances in a healing session

• An Aura and Chakra clearing technique that will help you to facilitate a quicker healing response when included in a healing treatment.

• How to clear unwanted energy from your home or any space you desire with the use of the Sacred Reiki Symbols

 As with all levels of Reiki there will be lots of practical hands on work in Reiki 2 as this is a crucial component of Reiki Healing especially at Practitioner Level.
